PVR to open 4 new screens in Indore, new screens will start with the removal of corona ban

new Delhi.  PVR Cinemas will open four new screens in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.  The company said on Saturday that it had got the license to operate four new screens.  A statement said that the company will open these screens at Indore's Pvier Treasure Island Mall.  The company said that this nine screen space will have two special formats PVR Playhouse and PVR 4DX.  According to the company, with this 4 screens, the number of screens opened by the company in this financial year will increase to 87, which is the highest in the industry.

 Five screens are already operational at this place.  The company said that the Madhya Pradesh government has ordered theaters to be closed temporarily due to the Kovid-19 infection.
The company will roll out new screens as soon as the theaters reopen.  With this expansion, PVR will have a total of 258 screens at 61 locations in the western region.  Out of this, there will be 18 screens in 4 places of Madhya Pradesh.  With the addition of new screens, 1555 people will be able to watch the film simultaneously at Indore's Pvier Treasure Island Mall.

 After the announcement, PVR Cinemas CEO Gautam Dutta said that he is very excited about the introduction of the new format.  According to him, Playhouse and 4DX have been highly appreciated by the people and hope that this format will be very successful among the audience of Indore.  He said that adding new screens in Indore is a part of expansion in his small cities.
